Dr. November interweaves aspects of psychodynamic psychotherapy, internal family systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, meditation, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help her clients understand the impact of their past experiences, grapple with present challenges, and set goals for the future.
When Dr. November works with a child or adolescent, parent involvement is essential. She often works with children in individual psychotherapy, but treatment plans always include either family therapy, parent consultation, co-parenting support, and/or child-centered couples therapy.
