Dr. November interweaves a variety of treatment modalities including aspects of psychodynamic psychotherapy, internal family systems, thought work, eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, meditation, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help her clients understand the impact of their past experiences, grapple with present day challenges, and set goals for the future.
When Dr. November works with a child or adolescent, parent involvement is essential. She often works with children in individual psychotherapy, but treatment plans always include either family therapy, parent consultation, co-parenting support, and/or child-centered couple's therapy.
